Full-height balcony, 4BHK or penthouse on SG Highway
Floor-to-ceiling coverage on a large west-facing balcony runs about 150 sq.ft. At ₹95 that is ₹14,250 plus ₹2,565 GST, or ₹16,815. At ₹185 it is ₹27,750 plus ₹4,995 GST, or ₹32,745. Budget 2 to 3 days if you are doing the whole apartment rather than a single opening.
Why windows are cheaper than balconies here
Every rate card in the city quotes balconies and windows separately, and buyers routinely get caught out because they were given a balcony rate and assumed it covered the bedrooms. The ₹80 to ₹130 band in Ahmedabad is not a budget option; it is the same money spread over two installations instead of one.
