Refund & Dispute Policy

A1 Grills is a marketplace that connects you with independent installer partners. We do not take payment for installations and do not perform them — so refunds for installation work are handled by the installer. Here is exactly how that works and how we help mediate.

1. Our role

A1 Grills operates a1grills.in as an introducer/marketplace. We connect customers with verified, independent invisible-grill installers. We are not a party to the installation contract between you and the installer, and we do not collect payment for installation work.

2. Payments and refunds

  • You pay the installer directly for any survey, materials or installation. A1 Grills does not hold or process these payments.
  • Any refund for installation work is the responsibility of the installer who carried it out, under the terms they agreed with you.
  • A1 Grills charges customers nothing. There is therefore no customer-side fee for us to refund.

3. Raising a dispute

If an installation goes wrong, contact us within 30 days of the work at hello@a1grills.in. We will:

  • collect the details and photos from you and the installer;
  • mediate in good faith toward a fair outcome — rework, partial refund, or full refund by the installer;
  • remove an installer from the network for repeated or serious issues.

We mediate as an introducer; we cannot guarantee an outcome and you retain your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
