Questions installers ask

When exactly does the ₹2,000 start?
In the first calendar month in which at least one enquiry reaches you. That month is charged in full — we don't prorate it. Every month before that is ₹0, however long that takes.
What if I get no enquiries?
Then you pay nothing. There is no joining fee, no setup fee and no minimum. We are early in this city and we would rather say that plainly than sell you a number we cannot yet prove.
How many other installers get the same enquiry?
At most 1 other, because we cap the city at 2 partners in total. We do not sell the same enquiry to twenty people.
How do I cancel?
Send one WhatsApp message. There is no notice period and no minimum term. We remove your listing and stop billing from the next month.
Will the price go up later?
Not for you. Founding partners stay at ₹2,000/month for as long as the account stays active. Later partners will pay more.
Is this a franchise or a dealership?
No. You keep your own brand, your own material supplier and your own customer invoices. We do not sell you material and we take no commission on your jobs. A1 Grills does not install — we introduce customers to verified installers.
Do I have to accept A1's ₹95/sq.ft pricing?
No. You set your own SS304 and SS316 rates and we publish them on your listing. Customers see your price before they contact you, so the enquiries you get already accept it.
Who owns the customer?
You do. Once we pass an enquiry to you, the quote, the site visit, the job and the warranty are between you and the customer.
