Grievance Redressal Policy
In line with the IT Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have designated a Grievance Officer to resolve complaints about the platform, your data, or installer introductions.

1. How to raise a grievance
Email our Grievance Officer with your name, the mobile number used in your enquiry, and a description of the issue. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.

If we do not resolve your data-protection complaint within 30 days, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. For other consumer complaints, you may approach the appropriate consumer forum.
