Tandalja is compact and almost entirely vertical. Taksh Iris, Samanvay Sparsh Star City, Vision Jumeirah Park, Earth 24, Silver AL Minaar Heights, Akshar Aastha Vatika, Ishacom Aafiya Park and Galaxy Landmark Prime sit within a short radius of each other, and the belt's character comes from that concentration: mid-rise apartment blocks, close spacing, and internal roads that fill up fast.
